Refund Policy

Focused Minds Tutoring

 

At Focused Minds Tutoring, we are committed to providing flexible, reliable, and high-quality tutoring services for all families. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully:

Client Cancellations:
Clients must cancel tutoring sessions at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time to receive a full refund or session credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

 

Tutor Cancellations:
If a session is canceled by the tutor for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method on file. Alternatively, clients may request to reschedule the session at no additional cost.

 

Rescheduling Sessions:
Clients who wish to reschedule must contact our customer service team at customerservice@focusedmindstutoring.com at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled session. We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on tutor availability.

 

No-Show Policy:
Tutors will remain in the virtual classroom for 15 minutes after the scheduled session start time. If the student has not entered the Zoom waiting room within this 15-minute window, the session will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
